I used to have fried egg on toast with plum tomatoes as a kid and had forgot about it...I got greedy with this one but it was a healthyISH and YUM, this the Goonies & the couch for the day, IDEAL on a hangover!
Wow! This look impressive and incredibly scrumtious. Shame though, as when I have a hangover all I can muster is a glass of water and painkillers! Not so tasty!
