Easy FIT Baked Cheesecake

Blend/crush about half a pack of digestives with 150g of unsalted butter
Bake for 10mins on 180

150g Caster Sugar
3 tbsp of Corn flour
900g or 3 large tubs of philadelphia /cream cheese
2 Large Eggs
115ml of Double Cream
1 Vanilla pod
Zest of 1 Lemon

Add the cream to the top of the baked biscuit

Bake on 200 for 40/45 mins

Choose your fruit for the sauce - I used blackberries and added a 3 tbsp of sugar then cooked up until syrupy for 10/15mins.
