When you're feeling this bad....
Start with a small snack-
Good brown bread (there's no time/ you're not in a fit state to bake it) -brown breads already a compromise!
Add butter, salad cream and a quarter of the crisps you're about to eat- ideally salt & vinegar to take the edge off the hunger pre fish finger sarnie.
Add some lettuce for health
ALWAYS go with BOTH

Precise crisp laying
The no carb (ish) ladies version- use lettuce leaves (never thought I'd say that)
Cheese goes in next to the hot and crispy fish fingers- ideal melting position
Same in the lettuce bap
Just add it all- not forgetting the tartar sauce
Don't be shy, pile it up high
Season well....goes without saying
