HANGOVER CURE/Fish finger sarnies


When you're feeling this bad....


Start with a small snack-

Good brown bread (there's no time/ you're not in a fit state to bake it) -brown breads already a compromise!

Add butter, salad cream and a quarter of the crisps you're about to eat- ideally salt & vinegar to take the edge off the hunger pre fish finger sarnie.


Add some lettuce for health


ALWAYS go with BOTH


Secret ingredients 


Some good prep


Both equally as important in the sandwich 


SALAD CREAM :-) :-) :-)


Start layering it up- Butter , salad cream, cripsy layer


Precise crisp laying


The no carb (ish) ladies version- use lettuce leaves (never thought I'd say that)


Cheese goes in next to the hot and crispy fish fingers- ideal melting position


Same in the lettuce bap


Just add it all- not forgetting the tartar sauce
