Half leftovers half mexican ish style breakfast- works for a hangovers


Left over coleslaw from the night before 
White cabbage, grated carrot, white wine vinegar and salt & pepper with cherry tomato and caper salsa mixed in with it. See kebab post for full recipe 


German Black bread, toasted until crispy, add the coleslaw, salsa and crumble feta and grated cheese on top, add 2 fried eggs and extra coriander to garnish and obvs salt & pepper (probs more salt then you should with a hangover)


Oh and I added plum tomatoes with oregano to this weird concoction, so yum 


He can't believe it...


Scoffed it.
